You can also write directly: tool suggestions, bug reports (browser + version + what happened is plenty), or just to say which tool you use. Every email gets read; replies usually within a couple of days.

Please don't attach private files — our tools can't receive them anyway. Everything you send stays in the mailbox; nothing is added to any mailing list.
